If you are using any of the accessibility features provided by the lowered floor STM buses, you can use this form to report any incident that occurs. You can submit an incident for any problem preventing or delaying you from getting in or out of the bus, or for any other matter related to accessibility. Please provide as many details as possible about your trip and enter the vehicle number, if possible, to help the STM identify and correct any faulty vehicle.
